Upgrade is a venture-backed, managed marketplace that connects customers seeking custom wigs and extensions with vetted stylists. We are searching for a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, increase brand loyalty and awareness, and increase conversions.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Create, deploy, and document compelling digital marketing campaigns enhancing Upgrade’s positioning as a luxury brand
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, constantly working on scale and higher ROAS
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms increasing following and engagement
  • Manage relationships with third party marketing agencies and monitor performance
  • Identify and recruit influencers and develop effective influencer marketing strategy
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Collaborate with the core team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

  • 5 years experience managing the customer acquisition function at a high-growth brand
  • Proven track record of building profitable marketing campaigns (may be asked to show examples including, but not limited to: paid search, programmatic display, video, paid social, affiliate, email, content-native, influencers, and podcasts)
  • Prior experience in handling ad spend budget
  • Experience solving multi-channel and cross-device attribution
  • Knowledge of modern marketing technologies (Prior experience in luxury consumer goods, beauty or fashion preferred)
  • Experience with e-commerce preferred
